Hello, Pink!

It feels like it’s been entirely too long since we’ve done a light pink palette and with summer season upon us there is no better time for dainty pink for a wedding. It’s that kind of color that’s perfect for Spring but can work well in the summer too; almost toning down a hot Summer day. And then there’s fall and winter… Winter in pink always works for me, fall, well it’s not too often you see pink in the middle of October but it may be a refreshing change to all the oranges and reds…. Just thinking aloud here! Happy Monday!

Spring Floral and Pretty Pastels

I’m getting all too used to saying this but yet again it doesn’t feel like Spring in the city and yet again I’m writing about it to try and will it to happen! In need of a little Tuesday inspiration? Well, this isn’t usually my style but when I stumbled upon this pretty in pink hair color + floral crown I fell head over heels. So what do you think, hit or miss??

Pale Pink + Baby Blue Wedding Bliss

Call it a little dollhouse-esque but I still kinda like it… initial thoughts?? It’s very pale pink and baby blue, erring on the side of baby nursery but for a Spring wedding with the right {elegant} details it can create a perfect palette. And if you’re not into both colors combined they are obviously also both popular {and pretty} choices…separately. But back to the original idea… the point is that combining colors that maybe make you think of something else and not ones that you would normally put together for a wedding palette can work. And if it’s not your cup of tea for a wedding… how about bridal shower??
