Destination Boston

Oh hey Boston! Planning a wedding in one of the country’s quaintest and oldest cities? Well you’re not the only one. With plenty of venues, a location on the water and delicious seafood, Boston is an easy choice for a wedding, especially if you are from the area (and have already ruled out the classics, Cape Cod, Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard…) But today isn’t about the details, it’s just about the basics. Some fund details that make Boston special; and a perfect wedding destination city!

Destination Paris

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about Paris, and since it was forever ago that we last did a destination Paris post {actually almost 2 years to be exact} I figured we were well overdue. Not only is it one of my favorite cities but I think it’s also one of the romantic ones out there. With the blend of architecture, delicious food, fashion, and culture, Paris is a perfect place for a destination wedding. Whether you bring a small group or just the two of you, it can always work! Happy Friday!!

Destination Cinque Terre

On a scale of 1 to 10 I’m at about an 11 of wanting to go back to Cinque Terre. And for a wedding? Well not only is it romantic, on the water, and Italian but it also has that true old world charm that most places lack. There are five tiny towns to pick from, each scattered intermittently along the long coastline and each has a little something different to offer. One the beach, one the shops, and others just the scenery. But all are perfect for a destination affair… or maybe even your honeymoon!

Back to {Old World} Mexico

I always find myself back in Mexico on the blog front, but it’s only because there is so much to do with such a wonderful destination for weddings! You can go beachy, traditional, crazy, or what I’ve try to create… old world Mexico! I’m thinking classic and elegant, cathedrals, intricate fashion choices and lots of glam… my vision:

Destination Hong Kong

Happy Monday! Heading to Hong Kong today for some wedding inspiration, or just some travel inspiration! When I think of Hong Kong, aside from the humidity, harbor and big businesses I think about bright colors, fashion, and the city life. So I wanted to combine these ideas for a destination inspired post; or just a travel post {honeymoon anyone}? If you’re like me over in the Western hemisphere, HK may not be the perfect place for a destination wedding but it is the perfect stopover for a honeymoon to say Bali or Phuket? I’ll take the next flight please!
