Two off the beaten path posts in two days about two totally different wedding related anythings = perfection here! I love off the beaten path ideas for a wedding day because we all want to make our big day our own, and doing things a bit different is the best way to do just that.
So today, our own inspiration for a unique winter wedding! Normally we see lots of whites, plums, blacks, navy’s but today we’re going in a completely different direction… the red and aqua winter wedding! This is such a fun combination for the gutsy bride especially when used in the winter! I am loving the second photo… a mix of red, blush and aqua bridesmaids dresses (pick one or two of each color for the maids), and you can see how we took this one picture and explored the palette idea into the floral pieces, the paper, the food and the fun touches like, yep, you guessed it…macarons (first photo), and this adorable ring bearer pillow (last photo)!

Gorgeous color scheme…wouldn’t have thougt of it for a wedding but it looks beautiful!
I don’t think they’re colors you normally think to put together especially for winter… but I like them too :)
Where are those dresses from? I can see that although there may be a different neckline, they all have the cloth band in the center. Let me know.. I would love them for my maids!
Hello! I LOVE these dresses too! They are so fun and the colors look amazing together! You can see the necklines on Green Wedding Shoes.. http://greenweddingshoes.com/inspiration-board-39-mint-green-blush-poppy-red/. Also, the dresses are from the 2012 Tory Burch Collection. Hope this helps!!
